Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a non-profit organization in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, managing multiple administrative tasks, and keeping communication organized across a busy environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong office coordination skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with both internal teams and the public.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage front desk and administrative support activities, including greeting visitors and responding to general office inquiries in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
β’ Handle incoming and outgoing phone communication, ensuring calls are directed appropriately and messages are recorded accurately.
β’ Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments, meetings, and other scheduled activities to help maintain efficient office operations.
