Administrative Assistant – Manila Hub

Netflix is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a diverse group of leaders within our Manila hub. This role provides primary support to the Director, Finance Center of Excellence (COE), while providing shared support to the Director, Customer Service - APAC and the Director, Content Licensing - SEA. This is not a traditional gatekeeper role. We are looking for a proactive partner who understands the business context of three distinct functions—Finance, Customer Service, and Content—while also serving as an operational anchor for the Manila office at large. You will be the connective tissue for these leaders and the broader site, ensuring their time is spent on the highest-leverage activities while maintaining a seamless connection between our Manila, regional and global US offices.
