Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Estates Administrative Assistant to join our Estates Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-toβday operations of a busy and collaborative department, ensuring the smooth running of property and estates-related activities across the business. You will be central to maintaining accurate data, managing internal communications, and supporting key processes that underpin our estates function.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Management team
- Maintain and update the Estates database, ensuring data accuracy at all times
- Act as a key point of contact, facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
