General Description
Perform all administrative tasks inherent to the manager’s role and provide support activities required by the departments.
Experience & Education
- High school diploma at minimum. Professional degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience related to the position.
Knowledge, Skills & Certifications
- Bilingual (English–Spanish)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks
- Assist the Director with SAP management processes
- Manage departmental purchasing activities
- Ensure accuracy of expense reports
