Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle purchasing and procurement activities to meet the organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation management.
  • Support team by organizing meetings and coordinating logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience as Admin Assistant or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and etc.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
