Seeking Administrative Assistant - CBHC
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:
+ Opening and closing the office
+ Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
+ Greeting consumers, collecting co-payments
+ Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
+ General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies
The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
+ Tuesday - Friday: 12pm to 8pm
