Job Description

YOUR JOURNEY AT BRP
The sales administrative assistant will be a support for the Country Manager for BRP Norway AS including working closely with the commercial teams in Norway and Europe.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring administrative support on sales & marketing responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Country Manager by doing the pre-accounting of all incoming invoices (SAP) and keep track of all upcoming costs, invoices and possible savings for all related cost centers. Operate independently and pro-actively to resolve routine or day-to-day requests from colleagues and BRP dealer network.
- Provide support to the Trondheim office by managing the incoming mail, phone calls, office and kitchen supplies and directing requests to the appropriate people in the assigned departments for resolution or feedback
- Handle customs clearance for imported goods.
