This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative administration team within the Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation Service.
About the Role
As an Administration Support/Booking Clerk, you will provide efficient, timely and high-quality administrative and reception support to the Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation Service.
Your day-to-day work will include managing clinic bookings, handling patient enquiries, registering referrals, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting clinicians to ensure services run smoothly.
You will be working in a busy outpatient environment where no two days are the same. This role requires flexibility, as you will support a range of services including Social Work, Speech Language Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and other rehabilitation services, as well as providing cover across the wider admin team when required.
