Job Description
What the role involves Reception
- 1. General Reception: Greeting visitors, answering phones, handling inquiries.
- 2. Franking Postages: Manage franking of mail and maintain postal franking dockets.
- 3. Airport Letters: Prepare letters needed for airport applications.
- 4. Airport Pass Application: Apply for airport passes as required.
- 5. PSA Applications: o Prepare online applications for PSA temp and permanent permits.
- 6. Contracts Update: Update maintenance contracts and ensure filing and certification are current.
- 7. License Management: Maintain records for licenses and certifications (filing & intranet).
- 8. Phone & Seating List: Update the contact and seating arrangement list.
