The post holder will play a key strategic role, working closely with consultants, multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), and the Head of Operations to shape, lead, and deliver administrative and operational systems that directly support clinical priorities, patient safety, and organisational performance.
They will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of inpatient referrals and bed capacity, supporting optimal patient flow, while ensuring the smooth operation of outpatient services. The post holder will also lead in administrative governance, regulatory compliance, and quality standards across all areas of responsibility, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
