Job Description
Work location: Novena Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours Salary: $3500 per month 1 year contract Job Scope
- Assist with applications processing for professionals
- Attend to emails and telephone enquiries relating to applications and claims
- Assist in event accreditations from event providers
- Generate reports to monitor practitioners who have or have not renewed their licences and other ad-hoc reporting
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in administrative or operations support preferred, preferably in healthcare or regulatory environments
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle email and telephone enquiries professionally
