Job Description

your responsibilities will include:

Β 
  • Manage a busy reception desk
  • Answer and redirect calls
  • Prepare admission paperwork
  • Conduct follow up requests
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
  • Perform Health Fund Checks as required
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
  • Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentΒ 
  • Strong attention to detailΒ 
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Β 
  • Works well independently and within a teamΒ 
  • WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)
