• Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support

• Run errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of items and deliverance of documents
• Manage inbound calls, online enquires and emails
• Assist Singapore’s Insurance team in getting quotes from various company
• Provide accurate data transmission to other party
• Assist IT department in Application Testing
• Explore and research new technologies and methods in testing
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
