Job Description

Our client is Australia's leading provider of digital and spatial data services. They have over 500 professionals working nationally and are well-known in their industry. 

Due to an influx of projects in Canberra mainly consisting of property, infrastructure and commercial builds, they are currently seeking a Project Administration Assistant to work closely with the Project Managers and team to assist with the smooth running of all projects and general office duties. 

The Role: 

Overlooking and managing all projects across the ACT

Supporting the Project Managers with a variety of tasks - document control, tender submissions, financial and project analysis 

Preparing invoices and claims 

Liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders

Assist with daily office duties - managing front-of-house, assisting finance team, team meetings, etc.
