Job Description
Title: Admin Services Coordinator
Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour
Hours: 9-5 (3 days/week)
Location: 110 E 9th Street Suite A200 Los Angeles, CA 90079
Assignment Duration: 2 months
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Admin support for leasing department.
Day to Day Task | What you'll need:
- Providing strong administrative support
- Assisting clients and conducting office tours
- Drafting proposals, filing, uploading files, and preparing LOIs
- Managing Excel spreadsheets and printing documents
- Conducting some market research
- Setting up meetings and supporting general office operations
- Greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks
