Job Description

Functie

  • Cursuscoördinatie: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de praktische en logistieke organisatie van opleidingen (zowel fysieke sessies als online lessen zoals webinars en e-learnings).

  • Klantenbeheer & Communicatie: Je beantwoordt vragen van apothekers en FTA’s, beheert de inschrijvingen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie via verschillende kanalen.

  • Platformbeheer: Je helpt bij het onderhouden van onze digitale leeromgeving (zoals het IPSA Dashboard) en initiatieven zoals Pharfolio.

  • Administratieve ondersteuning: Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking, verwerkt evaluaties en helpt bij accreditatie-aanvragen.

  • Documentatie: je zorgt voor de coördinatie van de nieuwsbrieven, opmaak uitnodigingen e.d.
