Responsibilities:
Conducting interviews/Phone calling and select potential candidates to meet in-house Director/Managers requirements. Involve in Telemarketing / Recruitment activities Play an active role in our recruitment activities Interact and assist with the registration of newly join candidates Explain our incentive scheme to our candidates and attend to their enquiries Assist in the generation and compilation of reports Customer service, Data entry, follow-up on customer request To cover ad-hoc duties
Requirements: Diploma or higher holder of any discipline with at least 1 year related field or with sales and customer service experience Proficiency with MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT and Google email, Drive Strong passion for sales and recruitment Good communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality and a positive attitude towards learning Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
