Job scope :
. Apply and renew work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and MOM-related submissions (WP / SP / EP)
. Make medical appointment for check up for the renewals of wp/spass/ep
. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
. Liaise with government authorities (MOM, CPFBoard, etc.) when required
. Dormitory bed allocation tracking
. Submitting insurance claim for medical and wica
. Buying insurance bond for workers/project/equipment
. Other adhoc administrative duties
