Job Description
Job scope
- Apply and renew work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and MOM-related submissions (WP/SP/EP)
- Make medical appointment for check up for the renewals of wp/spass/ep
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Liaise with government authorities (MOM, CPFBoard, etc.) when required
- Dormitory bed allocation tracking
- Submitting insurance claim for medical and wica
- Buying insurance bond for workers/project/equipment
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
