Hybrid - Taguig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Location: primarily reporting to the San Juan Extension Office; occasional presence in BGC, Taguig and Binondo, Manila as needed. Flexible and hybrid work setup, with 3x a week in-person work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Process Documentation & Data Management: Document and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency; maintain and update the Operations Manual to ensure consistency in workflows; oversee Virtual Data Rooms, ensuring proper organization, security, and accessibility of digital files.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Monitor internal and external team activities to ensure deliverables are met; act as the primary liaison for consultants, suppliers, clients, and partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
