. This is a fast-paced role that combines office administration with hands-on operational support. As the 'all-rounder' for our peak period, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining our backend records. Roles & Responsibilities: Finance & Admin:
Issue quotations and invoices update payment statuses promptly to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Order Fulfillment:
Manage online and Lalamove orders, including packing rice dumplings accurately for delivery.
Customer Engagement:
Handle phone inquiries and proactively contact past customers for re-ordering (warm calling).
Retail Support:
Occasionally assist with front-of-shop retail sales and customer service.
Operational Learning:
Quickly learn and identify different type...
