Admin Officer - Finance (6-month contract)
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: $1,800 to $2,300
Job Description- Support the Finance Department in fixed asset management and other administrative tasks.
- Update fixed asset list using data from invoices.
- Prepare fixed asset data for import into system.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team.
- 6 months contract
- Renewable depending on Performance and Headcount availability
- Ubi
- 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, e.g. summation formula
