• Support the preparation of listing-related documents (prospectus, disclosure materials, etc.)
• Coordinate with lead securities company, audit firm, and legal counsel
• Provide practical support in establishing corporate governance frameworks
• Assist in internal control measures to meet SGX requirements
• Prepare systems for ongoing disclosure obligations post-listing

• Prepare and distribute notices of meetings, agendas, and supporting materials for the Board and committees
• Draft and maintain minutes (in both English and Japanese)
• Manage shareholders’ meetings and related documentation
