- Handle maintenance hotline inquiries and customer service requests.
- Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance works.
- Liaise with clients, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor maintenance job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare maintenance reports and update job status records.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and office administrative records.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
