Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Administrator in preparation of property teasers, proposals and posts on social media channels
- Monitors availability of stationery and makes monthly orders
- Support to prepare travel requests and payment requests
- Support to prepare options list and proposal
- Arranging transportation for the team's site visits and client meetings
- Support Administrator and Marketing team with preparing market events and webinars
- Updating team's Excel databases as needed
- Translation assistance as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in creating engaging marketing content
