About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator (Facilities Management Specialist) to join our dynamic team at UST Global (M) Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya, Selangor. you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment for our employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintenance of administration and facility to UST standard
• Daily facility checks and maintaining the checklist. Any maintenance works needs to be done during the weekend
• Seat allocation and tracker maintenance
• Enabling access card for the new joiners and issuing ID card
• Update access card details in Orion
• Security registers to be checked on a daily basis
• Physical Security & Safety
• Cargologistics, Assets and Stores Management
• Issuance of Access card / ID card for associates
