- In charge of front desk admin and parent/student liaison duties, including, but not limited to, resolving complaints as the first point of contact and providing solutions to ensure that their needs are met
- Payment collection
- Handling of all new enquiries related to the value of the product or offer (includes the duration of the session and frequencies of the sessions)
- Management of centre operations, resources and logistics (ensuring all classrooms are always ready before class, all office supplies and materials are well stocked, liaison with various external vendors for supplies or other logistical needs and liaison with parents to arrange for appointments of for scheduling purposes)
- Processing student registrations and payments, as well as maintaining the student database
