Monday to Friday Office Hours
Salary - up to $4200 per month
Work Location - Buona Vista
Contract Duration - 6 Months
Responsibilities:
Processing of research applications, progress reports and enquiries
Liaising with the universities to gather information and documents
Updating and maintaining databases for timely management reporting
Providing general administrative duties
Supporting logistics arrangements and other preparations for meetings with overseas experts, including travel arrangements
Requirements:
Degree qualification in any discipline (Science/Engineering disciplines will be an advantage)
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office application
A service-oriented individual with good communication and interpersonal skill
Meticulous and able to work well under pressure
