We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive (Pricing & Quotation) . In this role, you will provide administrative support primarily in the generation of quotation and pricing review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate accurate quotations using approved pricing structures and templates, ensuring completeness of details.
• Maintain organized records of quotations and related documentation for easy retrieval and tracking.
• Assist in reviewing pricing data, verifying calculations, and supporting updates to pricing tables and related records.
• Identify discrepancies in pricing information and flag issues for further review to ensure data integrity.
