Provide secretarial and administrative support and managing day to day office activities
Manage and maintain proper filing system for all documentation in softcopy and hardcopy
Coordinate and follow up with internal team and outsiders (consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc)
Handle tenancy for company properties, including liaising with agents & tenants, attend to tenantΓ’s complaints, arrange contractors for repair work, etc
Supervise the company driver and despatch personnel, coordinating their schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents and assigned work
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
Conduct different types of market research as and when required
Carry out ad-hoc duties requested by the management

Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or relevant field
