Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform collection of maintenance fee, book-keeping administration.
- Accounting to ensure up to date credit control.
- Issue receipt.
- Timely insurance of billing, notices, reminders, payment and etc.
- Attend and assist residents query/ complaints tactfully arrange appropriate method.
- To handle documentation & administration of all policies by following house rules, SOP
- Assist in organize AGM, EGM of the strata condo.
- Taking care office administrative necessary.
- To generate reports to management & JMB
Job Requirements
- SPM/ Diploma/ Advance/ Degree in any field
- Executive with 2 years working experience in Management Office/ Property Management.
- Willing to handle in customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work Saturday (half day)
