Job Description
- Contract position
- Up to $3,500 + Bonus
- AMK
- 5 day work week, Office hours
- Support VP, Managers and a team of Engineers on all administrative matters such as general HR, documentation control, asset management, travel arrangement, etc
- Minutes Taking
- Track & follow through the admin matters.
- To coordinate all work process / tasks for the Division
- Assist in adhoc assignments as required.
- Up to $3,500+ Completion Bonus
- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
- 2 Year Contract
- Ang Mo Kio
- Min. 1 - 2 years' secretarial cum admin / relevant experience.
