Job Description
Rentokil Initial We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Service Planner, also known as Admin & Customer Service (6 months Contract) to join our team.. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer's service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule. To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team. In This Role You Will Be Responsible For Plan customers' service appointment and coordinate with service team to create optimal schedule
Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently
Follow up with service team to ensure no service backlogs
Analyse service team capacity data for service schedule improvement
Attend monthly stock take and prepare stock closing reports
Compile service reports and invoice to customer upon request
