job description Provide administrative duties including document management, correspondence and office support Handle the registration and resignation processes of company agent representatives Handle supporting basic accounting task such as accounting entries to software Responsible for the renewal of the company’s LPPEH license Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries and billing Monitor accounts receivable and collections; follow up on overdue payments Manage accounts payable, supplier payments and expense verification Maintain accounting records and files keeping Have previous working experience in a real estate property company is preferred 2–3 years’ working experience in office ad Basic accounting processing knowledge Familiar with System EPR213 is an added advantage...
