Admin Coordinator (EHSQ) – Maternity Leave Coverage

Location: Vaughan, Ontario

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Term: 15 months

Our EHSQ&R team supports operations at every level—and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in being the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

You do not need an EHSQ background - we’re looking for a strong administrator who can bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to the team.
