Job Description
Admin & Office Coordinator | 1 Year Contract, Convertible
Up to $2,800
Working locations: West (Gul Circle)
Working hours: 5 days work. Office Hours
Responsibilities Administrative Support (CORE)- Handle filing, data entry, and documents
- Prepare reports and correspondence
- Maintain records (contracts, customer files)
- Manage office supplies and meeting rooms
- Support onboarding/offboarding admin tasks
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors
- Arrange meetings and appointments
- Support events and training logistics
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines
- Assist with billing and invoice checks
- Ensure accuracy based on contracts/POs
- Track invoices and follow up on outstanding items
