Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively support in coordination of regional initiatives. Lead alginment, insights gathering and information sharing across all Emerging Markets
  • Actively participate in Emerging Markets meetings and support in summarizing action points and follow up
  • Take accurate minutes of relevant meetings
  • Consolidate, administer and ease access to key data and information for smarter and faster decision making
  • Manage Teams channel for Emerging Markets
  • Organize Regional Emerging Markets F2F meetings
  • Deliver quality and timely information for planning processes to Regional team
  • Formatting documents and create impactful PPT's
  • Arrange agenda and set up meetings with different time zones
  • Ensure adherence to compliance procures and policies with monitoring of active projects.
  • Execute internal administration support to 7 key members of the Emerging Market teams
