Overview

The Admin Clerk will play a pivotal role by assisting the Logistics Team by providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations at the Depot.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Capture of Debtors Master Data
  • Process invoices / credit notes / pro-forma statements
  • Administering Debtors / Debt collection
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts
