Job Description
On-site – Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
The Admin Assistant is responsible for managing administrative functions across the BU including store operations and providing support to different departments within them. The role ensures monitoring and managing identified controllable costs and expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative functions within the retail industry
- Excellent communication with a customer-centric attitude
Job Responsibilities
Budget Monitoring
- Manage and monitor the VEX BU expenses (travel, supplies, and other controllable expenses) to ensure it is within the approved budget
