Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the registration of Company as an approved supplier with clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Registration of company as suppliers which involves coordination with client, providing relevant documents and uploading information on clientβs portal.
Coordinate collection, preparation, submission, and follow-up of all required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Track registration status, proactively follow up with clients, and resolve queries to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain an up-to-date database of client and internal coordination.
Act as a key point of contact for administrative and registration-related client enquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
