Job Description
- Issue Purchase Order and Invoice by using ERP (Inhouse System)
- Assist Transport Logistic Department in keying in invoices
- Upload photo & Purchase Order on ERP (Inhouse System)
- Data Entry and Scanning of documents
- Ac-Hod Duties assigned by HOD / Manager
- Part-time with flexible hours. Minimum 20 hours / week
Requirements:
- Working Place at Jurong Port area
- Knowledge or experience in Logistic or Supply Chain field and studies is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Fast Pace work environment
- Fresh graduate is most welcome
