Job Description
Role: Project Admin / Assistant Industry: Global HALAL Consulting Firm Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Schedule: 5 Days per week | Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: $2,400 - $3,000 + AWS Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Business or other closely related fields
- Must have at least 1 year relevant experience in administrative, human resource or related roles.
- Familiarity with computer system or software for data entry, and social media applications for basic marketing purpose.
- Assist Consultants with planning, tracking and executing project tasks which include monitoring project progress, follow-up and maintain documentation
- Works closely with clients, internal teams and external vendors to maintain project schedule and resource
