Job Description
- Duration: ASAP – March 2027 (Subject to renewal)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful development and implementation of programmes.
- Track and monitor programme codes, ensuring instructors hold valid certifications under the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and National Registry for Exercise Professionals (NREP).
- Review and support the endorsement process for programmes submitted under the Learn-To-Play (LTP) initiative.
- Process instructor payments in accordance with the approved matrix provided by ActiveSG.
- Manage a shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses and follow‑ups on queries and requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold effective knowledge‑management practices.
- Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for the Learn‑To‑Play (LTP) programme across multiple sports centres.
