Job Description
ADMIN ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The work is office-based in the DHA Lahore area. It requires flexibility in timing and can be a morning, afternoon or night shift, according to how it is decided for the rotation.
The days are 6 on 1 off. The days of Saturday and Sunday are always on and the day off is on any day in the week according to work requirements and employee consideration.
The work is basically admin work, WhatsApp group monitoring, data entry, and customer service on phone calls. The work is detail oriented and requires excellent English communication and attention at all times. Duties also include hiring of new guards, updating the database, and effective communication of all issues and tasks to the rest of the team.
The first two weeks are probation where we and you can judge if you want to move forward. After that if kept on, then those weeks are included in your time at the company. In case of leaving the company, one-month notice is required.
