BMG Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administration Assistant (Administration Support β Offshore) to support Executive Assistants and stakeholders across the business. This role is responsible for delivering high-volume, process-driven administrative support including expense processing, travel coordination, document preparation, and shared services support.
The position requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple priorities and time zones while maintaining strict adherence to processes and quality standards.
- Schedule:Β Monday to Friday, 7 AM β 4 PM (PH Time)
