Admin and Operations Assistant
to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Dialysis Centre. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams-including Nursing, Medical, Social Services, Volunteers, and HQ functions-to ensure efficient operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities Facilities& Operations Management Support daily operations, logistics, maintenance, safety, and security within the Dialysis Centre Ensure the centre's infrastructure is well-maintained and compliant with safety standards Coordinate with HQ Facilities Management and service providers to resolve facility-related issues Oversee vendor-led services including cleaning, pest control, waste collection, and biohazard disposal Arrange repairs and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime Be on-call during the centre's operating hours when required Procurement& Inventory Manage procurement ...
