Job Description
- Run daily office operations — maintenance, supplies, and the first point of contact for office matters
- Generate and issue client invoices; follow up on receivables to support timely collection
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with drivers, couriers, and overseas suppliers
- Source and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas; compare quotations and manage orders
- Maintain organised documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support HR administration — work permits, overtime calculations, MOM/IRAS enquiries
- Manage inventory across multiple brands and process e-commerce orders (Shopify, Amazon)
- Verify supplier bills and prepare payment submissions
