Job Description
Supporting a Team Job Description
- Responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining prospective clients’ and transactions’ databases.
- Work with relevant departments (particularly Research and Sales Management team) to ensure database is updated
- Assisting team members in administrative work such as arranging for conference calls, meetings, transport, courier and other ad hoc duties.
- Responsible for invoices and following up of billings
- Maintain and manage Salesforce (online tracker for directors to track team members’ performance and current dealings)
- Supporting team members in their projects by managing NDA signings with prospective buyers, keeping track of their status, arrangement of viewings, updating of marketing progress reports, responsible for backing up of projects upon completion etc
