**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As an Adjutant Chaplain, you will be a medical team clinician who supports a facilityβs Spiritual Care Department in delivering a healing environment for patients, families, and staff.
Every day, you will engage with patients, families, and staff around spiritual issues, hope, dying, grief, stress, caregiving, prayer, etc. You will be familiar with and able to articulate the ethical and religious directives for Catholic healthcare. Your daily activities will also include networking with community clergy and congregations, providing a continuum of spiritual/pastoral care across settings, and utilizing systems-thinking to personalize holistic care for patients and staff.
To be successful in your role, you will strategically contribute to a healing environment by engaging patients, families, and staff on spiritual matters, demonstrating a profound understanding of ethical and religious directives for Catholic healthcare. You ...
