The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking a working professional with expertise and primary position in position in the area of commercial real estate development. The candidate will be able to teach undergraduate and/or graduate level real estate course with content focused on technology in real estate (covering new technology such as AI enhanced and proptech tools to support the real estate development process including entitlements, design, construction, finance, due diligence and underwriting, market analysis, project management, asset management and portfolio management).
